ABOUT THE COUPLE
How They Met
Jeff and Kristine had known one another for a while through friends; they finally decided to go on a real date when they met at C.I Shenanigans for the St. Patrick’s Day parade in March 2004. They went on a date to the movies and dessert the following evening. From there they started dating, going on fun trips, and realizing they were meant to be together. Our Engagement
They were up at the cabin on Priest Lake with Kristine’s family. They had a nice day out boating with some friends. The weather was perfect. They had planned to go to dinner, just the two of them. When it was time to go to dinner her family was also heading out to dinner somewhere else, so they had some time alone. While they were waiting to go to dinner Jeff made drinks and seemed to be in no rush to get to dinner. He had gone inside and put on some music, they were dancing to Nora Jones when Jeff got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. She was so surprised and happy, and of course said YES!!!!! She couldn’t stop smiling for a week.
Jeff had chosen to propose there because he knew it was Kristine’s favorite place in the world. He had asked her dad for permission earlier that day. They had fun telling their friends and families because everyone was excited.
